The United States Government, its agencies, and Military ISR community face the new challenge of information analysis for effective dissemination and use. Technological advancements have exceeded the collection requirement of intelligence from UAVs, Full Motion Video, Surveillance Video, and Open source information. Now, the flood of information is so great that only a few segments of actual intelligence can be analyzed – reducing its effectiveness and ability to be shared in real time. In this new budget environment – Automated Intelligence and ISR tools are instrumental to meeting the challenges of Intelligence agencies which are becoming increasingly adept at intercepting electronic communications, including cellphone calls, texts, emails, and FMV – in the most cost effective manner.
