The Navy has awarded a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with an estimated value of $500 million to Iron Bow Technologies for communications and IT equipment support, the company said May 30.
The Commercial-off-the-Shelf Network and Communications Equipment and Related Incidental Support Services contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic will give the SPAWAR facility a streamlined process for procuring necessary advanced communications and IT equipment, the company said.
Additionally, the contract offers support services that are essential to delivering mission critical data to the Defense Department and other civilian federal agencies, the company said.
