Navy taps BAE team for global C4ISR support

The Navy has awarded BAE Systems a contract potentially worth up to $132 million to furnish technical support for its command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance projects around the globe, company officials said Nov. 17
The contract's terms specify that the company will be responsible for maintenance, upgrades, logistics, training and sustainment support for various C4ISR equipment, sensors and systems housed in structures, vehicles, ships and small boats.
The Navy's Special Communications Requirements Division made the award through the Seaport-e acquisition program.
