DIA awards tasks to improve services delivery
Contracts will address agency's IT infrastructure

BAE Systems Inc. has won a pair of competitive task orders from the Defense Intelligence Agency, under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract, totaling approximately $350 million.
The Customer Engagement and Field Support Services task order and the Enterprise Operations Services task order address the DIA’s transformational program to re-invent the agency’s IT infrastructure services delivery at all unified combatant commands, according to a BAE announcement today.
BAE Systems will implement its Enterprise Services Delivery Model to improve the effectiveness and quality of DIA’s IT services delivery across the full spectrum of back office, field services, customer care, close support services, network services and missions applications operations, the company statement said.
As a result, DIA will achieve a dramatic reduction in recurring enterprise operations costs through innovations in services automation, knowledge management, remote management processes and information-sharing.
BAE Systems' team of partners and suppliers on the task orders are Accenture, L3 Stratis, Science Applications International Corp., Hewlett-Packard Co., QinetiQ North America Inc., Serco Inc., Harris Corp., Vykin Corp., Cyberspace Solutions LLC, Six3 Systems, DSA, ISYS Technologies, Mainstreet Technologies, NES, Nova Datacom and Primescape.
