SAIC to furnish IT support for Army intelligence enterprise

Science Applications International Corporation has won a task order potentially worth as much as $149 million from the Army to deliver IT design, implementation and operational sustainment support services to the Army Military Intelligence Enterprise, the company said Nov. 28.
Specifically, the company will furnish IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services for the enterprise.
The one-year contract has two one-year options, one six-month option, the company said. The task order was awarded under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise contract.
The Army Military Intelligence Enterprise provides synchronized intelligence and electronic warfare support to tactical, operational and strategic-level commanders.
