Terry Duncan to oversee defense network programs

Terry Duncan is the new director of communications and network programs in the Defense Department’s Office of the CIO, the department announced Aug. 23.

Duncan had been director of systems engineering in CIO’s office, which was formerly known as the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks Information and Integration/DOD CIO.
