ManTech to assist Army CECOM with C4ISR support

The Army has awarded ManTech International a one-year, $151.9 million contract to continue furnishing IT support for systems crucial to battle command and management, the company said Oct. 23.

Under the contract, ManTech will continue providing IT support for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, including communications, networks, databases, and video-teleconferencing systems used by warfighters and supporting organizations. Other services covered in the aggreement are secure network sustainment support and Web-based applications.

In addition, the company also will be responsible for direct unit operations support for all software and systems slated for the project.

ManTech will perform the work for the Field Support Division of the Software Engineering Center at the Army Communications-Electronics Command.
