DOD unveils new cyber strategy website

Content will educate public, track initiatives and accomplishments in the domain

The Defense Department has launched a new website dedicated to helping the public understand its new cyber strategy and tracking its progress in helping protect the federal government's cyber assets and the nation's critical infrastructure, reports Information Week

The DOD unveiled its Cyber Strategy website less than two weeks after it released a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that outlines how the department plans to combat cyberattacks in the present and future.

The website outlines the five pillars of the DOD's new cyber strategy and provides a news feed of relevant cybersecurity related stories, links to government cybersecurity jobs, DOD press releases to cybersecurity news, transcripts to speeches and discussions about cybersecurity and other relevant content.
