GSA continues leadership shifts

Several General Services Administration officials are moving to new positions in the agency, GSA confirmed Sept. 17.

Gail Lovelace, GSA’s chief human capital officer, is becoming the chief leadership officer. She begins in her new position Dec. 1.

Tony Costa, associate administrator at GSA, will step in as chief people officer, taking over for Lovelace.

Bill Piatt will move from the Office of Technology Strategy to the office of Martha Johnson, GSA's administrator.

Houston Taylor will be the assistant commissioner for acquisition management, DorobekInsider has reported.
